Making chalk from Plaster of Paris

Recipe 1 - 1 cup Corn starch
1 cup Water
Food colouring
Recipe 2 - 1 cup Plaster of Paris
1/2 cup Warm water
Tempera paint
Recipe 1- Mix the equal parts of cornstarch and water in a bowl, add food colouring if you want to make the chalk a particular colour.
Stir until mixed, spoon into an old cup cake tray (you can also fill a cardboard paper roll -toilet roll if you prefer long pieces of chalk rather than disc shapes)
