Moon Sand
Puffy Sand
In a bowl mix together
4 cups of soft play sand
2 cups of corn starch/ corn flour
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons of chosen tempera paint colour

You could also add glitter if you would like an extra bit of sparkle or a a teaspoon of sensory flavouring.
Ideas such as:
Orange tempra paint and pumpkin spice
Green tempra paint and a couple of drops of peppermint flavouring

On a large tray mix together:
​
Play sand
Shaving foam
Food colouring or Kool aid
​
Mix and add as you go to preferred texture, and quantity required

Activity idea :
For building fun add wooden building blocks and build houses using the mixture as cement, or make cakes and ice the mixture on top and decorate with buttons. This can also just be done with shaving foam on its own.
